1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to Committee.
2 Papers to note
2.1 The papers were noted.
3 Financial Reporting Advisory Board (FRAB) Annual Report 2013-2014
3.1 Mike Usher, Sector Lead for Health and Central Government at the Wales Audit Office, gave a briefing on the report, which Members noted.
4 Unscheduled Care: Consideration of response from the Welsh Government
4.1 Members noted the Welsh Government’s response to the recommendations contained in the Committee’s report together with the advice from the Auditor General for Wales.
4.2 Members agreed that the Chair would write to the Welsh Government seeking clarification on a number of issues.
5 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:

6 Intra-Wales - Cardiff to Anglesey - Air Service: Consideration of the draft report
6.1 Members considered the draft report and noted that a revised draft would be available for consideration at the Committee meeting on 15 July.
7 Annual Report 2013-14
7.1 Members discussed the content for the annual report and noted that the Clerks would prepare a draft for consideration at the Committee meeting on 15 July.
8 Senior Management Pay: Key issues
8.1 Member’s discussed the paper and noted that Clerks would prepare a draft report for consideration early in the autumn term.
8.2 The Auditor General for Wales agreed to prepare a document comparing the pay guidance for public sector organisations.
9 Committee Correspondence - Public Accounts Committee
9.1 Members discussed the correspondence and agreed to consider the Arts Council for Wales’ annual accounts 2013-14 in the autumn term.
